What do you get with a Maintenance Plan?


We believe every great POS software should be backed by outstanding technical support. To ensure your success and productivity, particularly during the early stages of implementation, Premium and Standard Maintenance are offered for purchase. Our Maintenance Plans grant you access to Tri-Tech’s technical support resources when it matters most, as well as many other benefits such as free product updates, upgrade discounts, training videos and more.

  Technical Support 

Our Technical Support and Assistance consists of unlimited technical support covering all components and features of the program, use and application. The greatest majority of technical support issues are resolved over the phone with a single call.

  Updates and Upgrades

Updates are available within Member Portal with 24 hour convenient access to obtain updates on your current version of AIM. Updates may include minor performance impacts, security updates and bug fixes. Upgrade discounts are available when switching from versions of AIM, v11 to v12 for example, which include major feature enhancements and interface updates. 

  Member Portal 

The Member Portal is your personal Tri-Tech hub for video tutorials, product documentation, support requests and your personal account history. You have access to all of this information anywhere and anytime you have access to an internet connection. 

  Tri-Tech University

Training videos are available to download from the Member Portal. The training videos are brief and cover specific functions within AIM. Look for 2-3 training webinars added each month as well. You must have a current maintenance contract in order to gain access to the Member Portal.  

Call Per Instance - If you're not on the Maintenance Plan, you do have the option to call per instance for $150.00/call.
