The CPA-approved accounting functions of General Ledger interact seamlessly with all other areas of AIM. General Ledger accounting is updated automatically and immediately as you complete daily tasks in AIM.

The Rent & Sales Contract module is designed to give flexibility to each store for the control of contracts without the need to change the way the store does business.

The Purchase Order module provides you with the ability to track special orders for customers in addition to entering orders for your stock and creating, printing and receiving purchase orders from vendors.

The Repair and Service module tracks repairs from the receipt of the item to completion and billing the customer. A complete repair and service history is maintained for all items repaired, whether the item was purchased from you or not.

The Scheduling module offers flexible billing and scheduling options to accommodate a variety of needs. Each student can be billed differently, such as weekly, monthly, or by term. Scheduling is equally flexible, allowing a student to attend multiple classes in a single week, with each class potentially held at a different time, taught by a different instructor, and located in a different area.

The Short Term Rental & Reservation module is used to track inventory that a customer rents on a short term basis. A short term rental would be defined as a daily, weekend, weekly or monthly rental.
